You introduce the client
Bring Afterstage into the conversation, or add us as a powered-by post-event content line in the proposal. We pay referral fees on paid events you introduce.
Post-production agency partner for AV and event teams
Afterstage is the post-event content partner for AV teams that do not want to manage footage, deliverables, revisions, or client edits after load-out. Send us whatever came off the recorders, cameras, or storage cart, leave notes on anything important, and we turn the handoff into a finished content package for the client.
No transcoding for our sake. No edit queue for your team. Per-event referral fees on introduced work.
AV team keeps the client relationship. Afterstage handles the post-event content layer.
The problem we take off your plate
You ran the show. You recorded the sessions, watched the feeds, solved the room problems, and got the client through the day. Once the event is done, the last thing your team needs is weeks of content requests, file questions, sponsor clips, presenter packages, and revision notes.
That work is valuable, but it is a different business. Afterstage lets you offer it without building the post-production department yourself. Dump the files during breaks or at the end of the event, add any notes we should know, and we take the footage from there.
Our job is to make the client happy and make your crew look good.
How the partnership works
Bring Afterstage into the conversation, or add us as a powered-by post-event content line in the proposal. We pay referral fees on paid events you introduce.
Upload whatever came off the recording decks, cameras, or storage cart. ProRes, DNx, MOV, MP4, HD, 4K, long files, separate camera records, audio, slides, notes. No conversion needed for our sake.
Leave metadata, timestamps, session names, sponsor notes, or anything that went sideways during the show. Afterstage organizes the footage, fixes what we can, produces the package, and runs review.
You receive a referral fee on client spend, paid per event. The more events you send, the more the relationship compounds without adding post-production headcount.
Why it makes your offer stronger
Clients already ask what they can do with the recording after the event: break out the talks, make a highlight reel, send clips to presenters, prove sponsor value, or create internal recaps. You can say yes without promising your team will edit it.
Adding Afterstage makes your proposal feel more complete and gives the client a deliverable that keeps working after load-out. You keep the client relationship and the credit, while Afterstage handles the content package, review loop, revisions, exports, and final delivery.
Send the native files
Send what you have: ProRes, DNx, MOV, MP4, HD, 4K, long program records, isolated cameras, audio files, slide decks, show notes, and whatever else came out of the event. If the files are big, weird, split across drives, or named like the end of a long show day, that is normal.
If there were issues during the show, tell us at handoff: bad audio in one segment, a missed switch, a camera feed that can help rebuild a moment, a sponsor mention the client cares about, or a presenter who needs special handling. Leave the note and move on. We will take care of what we can.
Make the handoff the easy path
The handoff should be lighter than the old final drive scramble. Upload to Afterstage whenever it fits the show flow: during breaks, at the end of each day, or after the event. We are not asking your crew to make perfect exports before anyone can go home.
If your crew can upload during breaks, great. If the only realistic option is a hard drive after load-out, also fine. The value is that once the footage reaches us, the deliverables are no longer yours to manage.
